HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
Beside every product is an ‘Order Now’ button for placing your order. You can also contact us directly to place any order or for inquiries. Orders will be placed only with the receipt of 100% non-refundable payment and order details. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Inquiries can be sent to email@example.com

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY PROCESS?
We are available PAN-INDIA (i.e. delivery in any place in India). For overseas delivery, you need to check with us before hand as delivery is subject to customs regulation. The order will be shipped as per time specified via email. The shipping cost is dependent on the volume of the object and distance of your city from Ahmedabad.
Orders once placed can be tracked from this site www.dotto-objects.com/track using the order ID. Once the order is shipped, generally, a third party (transporter) is responsible for the delivery. For any further information, inquiries can be sent to email@example.com
CAN I PLACE BULK ORDERS?

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Because of the hand-made nature of our product, returns will be accepted only for damaged/ defective products. You need to inform us of any damages/defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product to receive a replacement. The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please get in touch with us with order ID and images of damaged products.
Wood is a natural material and has different grains and reacts differently. The product being hand made, may have minor variation in size, shape, and finish. Dotto warrants that each of its products is free from defects in material and/or workmanship. Subject to limitations and exclusions. Hence, the final color, grains & appearance may differ from photographs.
HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY PRODUCT?
To ensure optimum durability of the product, following advice on the use, care and maintenance of the product and other parts of the product must be followed.
Dampen the brass parts with a soft cloth and let it dry. In case of extreme conditions to remove tarnish, wipe the particular part with a cloth dipped in luke warm soapy water.
For products with leather, dust gently with a duster or with a soft rag.
Hand-wash your ceramic bowls and plates with a soft sponge after using.
UPHOLSTERY FABRIC (FOR SPECIFIC PRODUCTS ONLY)
Dirt and dust in the fabric increases break down the fibres and greatly shorten its life. Weekly cleaning with a soft brush inhibits degradation and increases longevity.
